The story of Kannoli Kraze NY began in 2013, when a simple but powerful idea was born — bring the legendary Italian cannoli to life in a fun, interactive, and unforgettable way. What started as a humble concept with a food truck serving fresh cannoli creations at festivals, street fairs, and block parties quickly developed into something much bigger.

Originally known by many as “Kannoli Kings,” the brand built a reputation across New York for creating fresh, made-to-order cannoli experiences that combined authentic Italian tradition with creative presentation. Instead of simply serving desserts, the concept evolved into live cannoli stations, where guests could watch their cannoli filled fresh on-site and customize them with a variety of toppings, drizzles, and specialty creams.
As demand grew, Kannoli Kraze expanded from festivals and street events into private celebrations, weddings, corporate events, mitzvahs, and luxury parties, offering a premium dessert catering experience that became known throughout New York.
